User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

Content and Intellectual Property: All software, content, and trademarks provided on or through the service are owned by Avix.tr or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

Fees and Billing: Paid features, if any, will be described at the point of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the relevant plan.

Termination: Avix.tr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other operational reasons.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avix.tr disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Avix.tr's total liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Avix.tr harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to Terms: Avix.tr may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the service or email.
